For orders with a value of EUR 50.00 or more [including statutory VAT], delivery within Germany is free of charge. For orders with a value of less than EUR 50.00 [including statutory VAT], a flat-rate delivery charge of EUR 6.50 [including statutory VAT] is charged per package.
Delivery is insured via GLS [Global Logistic Service], DHL or Deutsche Post.
within EU / Non EU / World
For orders with a value of EUR 200.00 or more [including statutory VAT], delivery to the EU countries listed below (zones EU 01 to EU 03) is free of charge.
For orders up to a value of EUR 200.00 [including statutory VAT], delivery charges per packaging unit will be calculated in accordance with the following overview for zones EU 01 to 03 [including statutory VAT]; prices are in EUR. These delivery charges are also payable in the event of any returns.
Deliveries to countries outside the EU are generally subject to delivery charges. Delivery charges per package will be calculated in accordance with the overview below for zones NON-EU 01 and 02, as well as WORLD 01 to 03 [including statutory VAT]; prices are in EUR. These delivery charges are also payable in the event of any returns.

We would like to point out that returns and exchanges from Switzerland are extremely difficult and costly for customs and tax reasons. A refund of the customs duty and import VAT paid on the import of goods into Switzerland is only possible subject to the deduction of fees, and the process is very laborious and complicated.
